Eligibility for Returns
Returns may be accepted under the following conditions:
• Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
• Items must be returned in original packaging with all accessories and documentation
• Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery, unless otherwise stated
• Certain products (including heavy equipment) may be subject to additional return conditions
Please note: Custom orders, clearance items, or used equipment may not be eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
• Custom or special-order items
• Clearance or final-sale items
• Used, installed, or modified equipment
• Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.
When requesting a return, please provide:
• Order number
• Reason for return
• Photos (if item is damaged or defective)
Return shipping instructions will be provided once your request is approved.
Return Shipping Costs
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Freight and heavy equipment return shipping costs may be significant and are the responsibility of the customer
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
• Inspect the shipment immediately upon delivery
• Report the issue within 48 hours
• Provide clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label
If approved, we may offer a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.
Refunds
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution
• Refunds apply to product price only (shipping fees are non-refundable)
Order Cancellations
• Orders may be canceled before shipment by contacting customer support
• Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled and must follow the return process
• Custom or special-order items may not be eligible for cancellation
Refused Deliveries
If a shipment is refused by the customer:
• Return shipping and carrier fees will be deducted from the refund
• Refunds are issued only after the item is received and inspected
Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive an incorrect or missing item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
